How BulkAlly works

Shops give better prices when someone buys a lot at once. On your own you buy one bag of rice. With thirty neighbours you buy thirty, and the price per bag drops for everyone.

• You never pay more than the price shown when you join.
• If more neighbours join, the price goes down and you get the difference back.
• If not enough people join, nobody is charged and your money is returned.

Each product has steps. The more units the neighbourhood reserves, the lower the step everyone pays. You see how many units are missing for the next step at all times.

• The final price applies to everybody, including those who joined first.
• The difference comes back as credit, or to your card if you prefer.

You need your name, an email and your ZIP code. The ZIP code tells us which neighbourhood you belong to, so we only show you what you can actually receive.

On Campaigns you see everything open right now: current price, how many units are reserved and how long is left. Use the filters on the left to narrow it down.

Open the product, pick the quantity and press Join campaign. Nothing is final yet: it goes to your basket first.

Decide whether you pick it up at a nearby point or we deliver it to your door, and pay by card. Pickup is free; delivery has a small fee shown before you pay.

• Pickup: choose the place and the time slot that suits you.
• Delivery: we bring it to the address you save.
• You can use your accumulated credit to pay part of it.

In My orders you see which step it is on. We notify you when the campaign closes and when your order is ready.

Each order has a code. Show it on your phone at the pickup point and the staff hands you your order. You do not need to print anything.

If the price dropped after you joined, the difference appears in your Wallet as credit. You spend it on your next order, no expiry unless we say otherwise.

Every neighbour who joins with your code and places their first order earns you credit. Share the link, or show them the QR code so they can scan it right there.

Is something you buy every month missing? Suggest it. When enough neighbours vote for the same thing, we look for a supplier and open a campaign.

The orange button at the bottom right opens the assistant. It answers about products, prices, your orders and your credit. If it cannot help, it passes you to a person.
